My X5

Thought I would put a few photos on site of the mods I have done:
Angel eyes, Main Beam Xenons added to oem dipped xenons, yellow indicator lens removed and fitted with silver bulbs, also sprayed silver the black surround inside light unit.
Inside: Smg Paddle shift ,Rings fitted to instrument dash, compass mirror fitted. speed camera alert hard wired. Mk 1V nav unit with 2007 maps.
Rear of car: Crystal rear lights fitted with chrome ind bulbs, diesel exhaust trims(they are painted a deep brown). (If you don,t like the M badge ,hard luck ,as I have the correct steering wheel!!!!)
I have also done the lpg conversion and you can see the filler cap on one of the photos, near to the petrol flap.
Still to do : Rear camera, Paint brake disk cylinders.
The colour of the car is Titan Silver, with light pastel green interior.

Great pics, and nice mods. However, I really think that //M badge on the boot is silly. We're okay with the //M steering wheel since a few members also have it, but putting one outside is just a bit too much "wannabe" or "poser". After all, do you see 540i's with the M badge, even if they do have the M sport package?

Well perhaps they could not afford to put one on !!!!!!!!!!!!!
and it lightens up a pretty dreary rear end.
And I enjoy a good wind up

One more against the M badge. Nothing to do with the X5 plus it looks U G L Y. Nice car in all the rest.

I'm guessing it's a gain nob for amp/sub combo??

Anyways, really like the headlight treatment. I wouldn't do the M badge, but no worries if you dig it!
