you're right X5Jay, the guy didn't sound like he was from europe. he even named a local bmw dealer so i think their in the US not UK...

That same company contacted me about a year after I had bought a new Dodge Cummins diesel pickup. I never talked to them on the phone, but I did look thru the stuff they mailed. It looked like VERY poor warranty coverage. I'd run.
