No heat on aux heating

Have the TIS cd, but can't find the fix for at rest vibration. Which area, on the TIS cd, should I be looking?

Can't remember of hand where it was. I remember it didn't give any details on fitting it, just said use rubber steering vibration suppressor and gave a Z4 part reference.

I'll dig out the CD and look again if you want....
