Homelink stall in UK spec X5

Hi All I have been tackling installing a Homelink Garage door opener, and there is definately not a "little White connector" up there at all, had a good root around and can see nothing. I know there are some people that have "tapped" into the existing lighting circuit to power up their homelink and was wondering if any of you could let me know which wires were used to which pins?

cheers
Andrew

Could you give a little more information? Are you installing a garage door opener or asking how to configure Homelink?

I am trying to physically install the homelink garage door opener. In Europe the car is not pre-wired as in the US so there is no connector and I need to tap into existing wire loom to get the device powered up. Looking to see if anyone else in Europe has done this and if so what wires did they use.
