Ill verify your problem by saying that I just recently bought the Dual Micro Edge BOSCHE wipers to replace my OEM, i have the exact same problem...passenger wiper blade stutters near the end. excellent wipers, but they do not have the deflector that comes stock with BMW OEM blades.
The suggestion i got from a friend to fix the stutter problem is to get them readjusted, it may be as simple as that.
