Nevermind, I guess a break helps. I checked the TIS CD I have and it showed to remove the small bolts and remove the pulley. SO i went back out and just tapped on the Pulley with a rubber mallet and the damn thing just fell off!!!! What an ass I am sometimes. Anyway incase anyone searches for this the answer "No the center bolt does not come off". Also a side note remove the T-stat before trying to remove the pump. It won't sneek out with it still attached. Ok, Now it's time to put it back together, Yeah!!!

I removed the EGR tubes from the head. they pull right out after removing a bolt.
I thought I wrote earlier that I didn't remember removing a center bolt on the crank? LOL. |

yes the vibration damper pulley comes off with a few good hits with a mallet.
Do not use a harmonic balance pulley like I did. I cracked the damper hub and then had to unscrew the crankshaft nut.. what a disaster
