Replace rubber mounting in tension strut

Dealer told me that the rubber mounting in the tension struts (31126769717 and 31126769718) need to be replaced. Just want to know if it can be done DIY? What kind of tools do I need if I want to do it DIY? Where can I get the tool? Do you guys recommend replace the tension struts instead of just replace the rubber mounting? Thanks for all comments!

buy the entire replacement strut with new bushing. I tried to install new bushings and even with a press it was difficult.

Thanks for comment, that is exactly what I am thinking. Do you have any idea that if the strut made by Febi Bilstein Germany with good quality? It costs US$75 each side.
