Replacement CCFL Invertors for Angel Eyes

Does anyone know where I can get replacement invertors for retrofit Angel Eyes for the E53 (00-03)? These are the ones sold everywhere on Ebay, mine came from Bavarian Motorwerks. I tried a few suppliers including Bavarian but they only sell the complete kits.
One of mine has failed but ideally I want to replace both with invertors which DON'T cause the PDC/Dashboard error problem. I am in the UK.
