I don't think you can make any of these statements until you have paid for the car you drive. So stop acting like a spoilt kid and stop whining about your $60k ultimate driving machine.

The X5 handles better than practically anything.. If you want to talk about an SUV that has handling that "sucks balls" as you put it, then try driving a Grand Cherokee or something. You really should appreciate the fact that you drive such an expensive car... I definitely appreciate the fact that my parents got me a really nice car.. It's stupid to go talking about how you car's handling sucks when it'll outhandle 90% of the other SUVs on the road. But, apparently no car is good enough for you...

Based on realoem database comparison:

Front sway same for all - 29mm
Rear sway 2 sizes avail - 22mm vs 23.5mm

Front struts - 2 part #'s
Rear struts - 7 part#'s (diff from year to year)

No details on springs for front or rear

My guess is struts, rear sway and springs....

If there is no car worthy of your ownership then why don't you get a pepper?

Or perhaps a Ford F-150, you've got some decent handling there...

or perhaps you should go green and help save the earth...no understeering here!!!

The fact of the matter is that the X5 has great handling, you would need to get into a specialized car in order to get better handling, i.e. an M3 or an M5 or a 911 Turbo, remember dude...it's an SUV than handles like a sedan,

what SUV would you choose over an X5? an why?

I'm not trying to whine about the car. It's a dream to drive, I'm just saying, when you give in to the current car, not realizing that there is always something better, you've lost. Why would you buy a X5 when you can easily save money and just stick with another SUV? Because it's better than the others. It's human nature to strive for the best and to keep on improving.

CJ: I love the fact that I'm driving an insanely expensive car and I've been alive for less than 20 years. It seems however, a lot of you guys treat the X5 as a holy grail. Almost as bad as some E55 owners I know..

Carlos: The Cayenne Turbo is just way too much money, and it doesn't look easy on the eyes.
As for the truck, the F150 is a dime a dozen

Why would you buya 'M3 or an M5 or a 911 Turbo'? Why not a 325, 525 or a older generic Porsche?
Because the ones you mentioned handle better! Improvements can always be made.

I think you guys must have misunderstood me. I'm one of those guys that can never be satisfied; there is always something that can be tuned/fixed/optimized.
