I did it on one of my headlights. I used plastic epoxy but the tabs ended up coming off. Anyone have any suggestions of what kind of glue to use???

I did one on mine I also bought a repair kit (set of tabs w/ screws??) from the stealer for $15 but still ended up modifying it. The key to have both surface flat that will allow them to bond securely. I had to cut and trim mine sand it a little and used the 5 ton 5 minute clear epoxy and put a tape to hold it together. So far its holding up pretty well.

Use plastic weld. It comes in two parts. IF you google bumper repair or go to e46fanatics there are multiple threads on this stuff. PM and I can give you the brand name. Last edited by DocMike; 10-16-2007 at 05:52 PM. |

I repaired 2 sets, no pictures, but repair kit comes with the screws. Very easy to repair, but kit only for facelifted headlights (04+), won't work for 00-03.
