Wierd Fan / Vent Issue

When I went to drive to work today I noticed that no cool air was blowing out of the vents, so I turned it on full blast and virtually nothing. I can feel cold air barely drizzle out so I know the air conditoning seems to be fine (this happens without air conditioning on also). Basically no air is getting blown out of the vents at all. When I got out of the car I didnt hear the main fan blowing either (right behind the front grill) althoug I'm not sure thats even the fan that powers the inside vents / cooling system. Basically just need some advice if this is a known issue or anyone has run into it before or where to start loooking thanks in advance to all.
