yeh or nay tail lights (PICS)

Well i had seen these lights on ebay, and they seemed nice depending on the color of the car. So my brother keeps telling me to leave them and get the new E53 LED lights but i want to get a feel so i did a bad photoshop (clear lights compared to originals, so leds will look sharper if i choose that route) to get your wonderful opinions, and please be honest, i havent bought anythin yet,lol>

although the outer part looks ok, the inner part with the chrome looks cheezy. Maybe it would look better smoked? Or not as flashy?
