I have inquired with the Morristown Parts department TWICE about getting a few parts, and they never responded....

I've sent numerous price quote requests to Morristown BMW; they've always responded either the same day or the day following. The same holds true for Crevier BMW hear in Southern Calif. I have no problems doing business with either.

Recently I had success with Cleveland BMW. They've managed to undercut Morristown and Crevier's already low prices on some E46 parts that I needed. There are several players out there for discounted BMW parts. Shop around carefully and you'll find a bargain.

I sent them (Morristown) email requests both times... I have done business with Circle BMW and Crevier BMW in the past, based on comments on X5World. Do you guys have a specific contact at Morristown? I want a skid plate and the driving light mounting kit.

So those of you that have requested pricing - is it lower than their online store prices?? I have purchased many times from Morristown and found that their online store is very reasonable.

I still use the Crevier forum over at the 'fly.
In fairness, I posted my parts request in the parts forum on this board but it went unresponded.

Crevier has always been prompt to reply and pricing is similar discounts with the other online vendors.

FYI, this forum is not a "dealer monitored" forum like the one over at RF. The most expeditious way to get your answers is to send them an email. They respond very promptly when contacted in this manner .
