Well I'm going to start my offer at 21000.00 but I'm not going over 22500 like a member here suggested. I also want any option I can get if I'm gonna pay 20000.00

Just wanted to chime in to say a good way to tell if Xenons are on is if you see the headlight wiper jets. (those little teeth on the bumper)

I just got my 03 3.0i two months ago. mine has the warranty and is in great shape. I paid 26k and it had 48k miles on it. It sounds like a decent deal but no warranty Im not sure.

So you're saying that just under 27,000 sounds good for an 03 X5 with 37.000? I'm gonna try to get out at 22,500 top bid. Gas is crazy out here...so hopefully they'll be able to lower it to that

I actually looked at the local dealers website and they all seemed over priced...or maybe just out of my price range. I would love a facelifted 2004...but they're like low 30's and high 20's....so I figured this would be my best route to stay within my budget.

not necessarily ... headlight washers came with the activity package for pre 2002 X5s and the cold weather package for MY02+ X5s. Xenon headlights are a standalone option and that's all that it comes with. I've seen Xenon equipped cars without the headlight washers ....
