anybody attempt to put in a double din aftermarket head unit
I wanted to get a aftermarket double din navi BUT most shops say it wont fit without major work.... Is this true. anybody have one installed, please share

As long as you currently have the navigation unit, there shouldn't be too much to do. You might need a custom face plate if there isn't one pre-made for the X5. That should be about it.
