If you're planning on importing an X5 to Canada, you do not need to pay duty as it is manufactured in N. Carolina. All you need to pay is GST!

I just imported a 2006 X5 3.0 loaded with pretty much all the packages you can get including navigation. In the end, after everything is done, I will be saving at least $10K on the car.
