I'm still interested in trading out my floor, but I think it would be cost prohibative to ship to the UK due to the large size and heavy weight of this floor.

This is very cool. Any chance you can snap one more picture of the trunk with what looks like the spare tire cover lifted up? Do you have a temporary spare or is it a full size one?

I have a 2004, with black interior, and I'm considering taking out my retactable load floor and installing the standard floor. If someone else is looking to install the retactable floor, maybe we could trade components.

The retactable floor is a $380 upgrade, but I would consider an even trade if you don't mind covering the shipping. (I'm in SoCal if anyone wants to make the trade in person).

Anyone?

PS - My load floor is "as new" and I would be looking for a standard floor in the same condition. Thanks!

Well, we could check into the actual shipping costs. It could still be cheaper than paying BMW parts prices.

Shall I look into costing.

PS if anyone in the NY/NJ/CT area would like to do a swap, let me know!
