Zurich Extended Warranty

My BMW dealership in Los Angeles sells an extended warranty product from Zurich. Has anyone considered this product? I am now in the CPO portion of the warranty in my 2006 X5, and anticipate having around 55,000 miles when it comes to an end. I would like to keep this car for a couple of more years. So, an extended warranty is something I would consider purchasing.
