rear view E70 installed on E53

Has anyone installed E70 rear view on his/her E53. This one looks much more integrated than the OEM-part made for the E53.

I suspect not many people will do this given the low-quality reports on the E70 camera. Aftermarket is probably a better choice.

I don't know about the image quality, but the screen looks to be too small to be of any use.
