They do.

Only problem would be the offsets.

France adopted white versus yellow light back 16years ago. The only cars with yellow lights are cars older than 16 years. Before that light had to be yellow by law.

I'll answer your question for PNG. First the Hoen bulbs he installed are not true HID, they're just regular halogen bulbs that imitate xenon or HID. Apparently they do a pretty good enough job for much less money. Secondly, our X5's stock HID bulbs are the 4300K variety, not 6000K. Hope this clears it up for you.
