Four months ago we took the car in at 62,000 miles for a service II appointment. We were told that since we still had 2 green lights on that they would not do it at that time. They did complete brake replacement for the car under the maintenance agreement so that paid for it. Today with one green light remaining we took it down for the Service II and also a complaint that the car vibrated intermittently and having had the tires checked several times asked them to look into it. From the way my wife describes what was said, a piston in the brake system hung up and would not release at times keeping the brakes partially on which ruined the new brakes.
As a courtesy, they are replacing the brakes again as well as the defective part. I know that we like to grouse about out dealers, but Burdick really came through.
