factory alarm schematis?

Can the X5 be programmed to beep only when arming the vehicle and stay silent when disarming?

Ok I'll hope that the answer is yes, but since there is a good chance it is no I'll go ahead and ask my second question.

Can anyone provide me with any kind of knowledge as to the wiring setup for the factory alarm?

I am in the process of finishing up a project I left unfinished over a year ago. I'm attempting to create a set up to where all the windows and sunroof will close upon arming the vehicle. I realize that most non-US spec X5's have the feature of sending windows up and closing the roof simply by holding the lock button on the key fob and all of us including US spec X5's can do this by holding the key in the lock position in the drivers door lock core. Really I am attemping to recreate this exact action but rather than having to hold a button on the key fob (which isn't a feature I have) or turning and holding a key in the door lock, I want this to happen when normally arming the vehicle by clicking the fob's lock button as we do now. I'm attempting to create this action using some type of timer relay which would be triggered by some type of output on the factory alarm. This output is what I need help finding. I have found within the drivers door the wire which simulates turning the key and holding it in the drivers door. Applying ground to this wire for about 15 seconds is enough to close all windows and sunroof as well as the sunroof shade. I have in my posession a timer relay that will apply ground to this wire to create that action. What I need help to finish up this job is a trigger wire. I would use the door lock wire to trigger the relay but then I'd result in windows rolling up whenever I started driving and the doors locked, or even when I manually hit the power locks button. I'm looking for some type of output from the factory alarm when it is armed. It can be low voltage, it can be positive, negative, it can be pulsed, constant, anything! The only thing is that it needs to be only activated when arming the vehicle and no other time.

I hope this wasn't too crazy to understand but if you need clarification don't hesitate to ask. Even if you have some wiring schematics regarding the factory alarm and don't know what it means, please share. In the end, I hope to be able to provide everyone with a DIY on how to get all your windows and roof to close when simply arming your X5 just like I was able to do for all my TLers on Acurazine.

Thanks in advance guys!

PS. Ok, if this has already been done I'll feel really dumb!

Waht retrofit coding did you do for this? I never looked into this yet on the E53 with ISTA-P, but it seems to have a bigger list of shit to do in the retrofits on most cars I have hooked up.

EAS sells a module made by car solutions, eWindows standard, part of their eModules line up. The eWindows allows for the windows/roof to close by pressing and holding the lock button on the fob like all non US spec X5's from the factory. It has other options depending on the module. I haven't purchased this eWindows but I have purchased and installed a different eModule which worked out great!

Long story short, send EAS about $200. Install this module in your BMW with ground, B+, IGN, and a bus wire. Configure the software on your pc and upload settings to the module via a serial port.

Since it doesn't close the windows/roof the same time the doors lock when ARM/locking the vehicle, it's still not a complete fix to what I want.
I want to know when I arm my X5 everything is locked and secure with the single push of a button!

Those with panoramic know how long you sit and wait for the shade to close from the roof full open. OH!!! If you have passengers, leave the ignition on since they have plenty of time to unbuckle, gather their stuff, open the door, and exit the vehicle. Now you have to turn the ignition back on to finish closing everything up.

I have fixed this issue with my other vehicles, only the X5 remains.
