Rain X Wiper : Great Deal !!!

Hi guys,

Since its been raining for the past 2 weeks here in LA, I thought i'd finally get the chance to change my wipers so I went to Pep Boys and found out that they have a great deal on Rain X Latitude wipers just like the Bosch Icons. Its a buy one get one free and there is a 6 qty limit. So I bought 3 for my X5 and got another 3 for the GX470.

This is from Jan 8, 2008 til Feb 8, 2008 and I hear there's more rain coming by the end of this week so if anyone wants a deal, you might want to go check them out.

24" and 22" are 19.99 and the 18" are 16.99

Works great and I can't complain. It works better on the Lexus GX without a hitch. Maybe because the shape of the windshield is rounder on the GX than the X5 or vice versa.

Which size is for the rear window? The 16"?

Also I found another great deal on wipers. Valeo wipers from tirerack are buy 1 get 1 free!

The rears from what I've seen here on my search says 18" so that's what I put. I also read that to give it a few days to conform to the shape of the windshielf of the X5. There were some that weren't too happy with the Bosch Icons stating that it is missing the middle part of the cleaning when the wipers were on or its missing parts of the windshield.

So Rain-X is compatible with Rain-X wipers?

I put Rain-X on the windshield of my new E70 and it caused so much "juddering" of the wipers that I need to clean it off...

That's only because they forgot to snap off the tab from the wiper arm. Bosch Icons work awesome and I wouldn't use anything else!

Love the Bosch Icon on the X5 and the 528. Especially in the frigid snowy weather.
