Yes you could say that, they are under the hood facing engine.
I think there are 3 one on each side and one in the middle.
It is smal rubber peaces curved facing down

That makes sense, I couldn't imagine they would be anywhere forward in the enclosure. That would just allow more moisture in during wet weather.
