Might consider a carputer as well with a touch screen like Lilliput or something. Install it with I-bus and you'll be happy. Once you get a carputer you'll be able to do pretty much everything. (Play DVD's, MP3's, use your phone, internet, etc.) And resolution of the touch screen will be much better then the one you get from OEM head unit.
