Another missing part! Part 2

Ok here I go again and I ask for your indulgence people. When I bought the car, this "ring" or whatever you call it on the front passenger side door lock is missing. And it really bothers me. Would anyone know where I can get one? My friendly local BMW dealer can't seem to find one either.

Oh yeah, also, it seems that the factory amp and cd changer are missing. What the heck! It's a used car. It aint perfect but I have this wide grin everytime I drive it around town.
