you need to do some adjusting , setting in the Ipod menu
I had a problem with my Dice Ipod, it was draining by battery everytime I left the truck sitting for a few days. Unplugging the power to the Dice took care of the problem.
But never problems with sound.

are you sure its the DICE? I have my DICE ipod plugged in both on my E46 and X5 all the time, and never drained my battery.

All I know is that as soon as I started disconnecting the Dice the problem stopped, now I have no problems starting the car even after 10 days without use and it has been cold in Jersey lately......

believe me, i have. i've tried all the different voltage settings on the dension and different equalizer settings on the iPod. i've tried ripping my CD's with different settings.

i'm just saying that the sound isn't as good as a CD in the player. less dynamic range.

Mp3 is compressed, which is why the quality is being sacrificed in a way. But to tell you the truth, there isn't that much difference on mine since i have both, quality depends on how it was converted. Mine has no whine and sound is great

Pretty happy with all my Dinan mods and with the under-ride guard.

But the verdict is still out on the K40 radar receivers. Been having an issue where it "times out" periodically. I hear 3 beeps in succession, meaning it's suposedly re-initializing. It's been happening way too often. My service advisor will try to address it next week.

i LOVE the look of AE's but have had problems with them from day one. months could go by and they don't work & now all of a sudden the passenger side is working. not to mention i've already gone through a few ballasts already. i hear some ppl hardly having any issues at all so i guess it's a crap shoot .

but i don't miss my amber corners that's for sure!!
