4.8 for $68,995

Hey fellas,

Need some opinions/advice here. Just came across a '05 LeMans blue 4.8 with 12,800 miles. The story is that this was a Bmw dealership mgr's car, so it's not considered used and is not CPO'd. My question is how much bargaining power would I have with the sales with the new X5's coming out soon and this being a slightly used car. I plan on visting the dealer this Saturday, any input is appreciated.

Also, I have a '05 4.4 right now that I picked up 3 months ago. I love the 4.4 but if I can find a good deal on a 4.8 I'll jump on it.
