WOW! I ordered a windshield moulding for my E36 on Monday (April 14), picked it up on Thrusday (April 17). Ordered some M luggage on that Thursday; it will be in on this coming Tuesday. They told me I can bring the X by when I pick up the M bags to turn off my daytime runninng lights and take care of the rattle from the rear hatch ( the felt on the bump-stops did not work for me).
If you want something from them, why not call? I seriously doubt they have some one employed to sit around and check the interweb all fucking day.......

I swear Open Road in Edison NJ is the BEST. Even though they have the SAME OWNERS AS MORRISTOWN!!!!
If you have ANY problems contact Davis in parts. If you have any CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS contact Tony Martins, and if you want to take it up a notch, contact Tim Taylor. They work HARD to keep us happy, and I've yet to be the slightest bit disappointed with their parts or service.

I have no relationship with anyone who works there or sells there. Just a good experience since Tony Martin moved there from JMK about a year ago.

Tell em Ed Colandra from Metuchen sent you...(couldnt hurt!)

Good Luck

hey L and Ed, how about their loaners? JMK always give me Enterprise cars. Does OpenRoad give Enterprise (non BMW cars) as loaners too?

Open Road does both. You get a BMW loaner as long as you have an appointment. If they are busy and they run out of loaners they have an Enterprise rep and cars at the dealership. I think I've had a non BMW once when I had to get towed in. Other times that I've had emergency service they still managed to squeeze out a BMW for me. I love those guys.

First,I agree, Laura has more "pull" than I do
Second, I also agree that they give what they have. If you make an appointment and ask for a BMW loaner, they are pretty good about it.
If you dont, ya takes ya chances.
