DON'T BOTHER with BMW of Morristown, New Jersey

I thought of a going to this dealer personally to pick several parts. I have submitted numerous request for parts both ways thru their online system and direct E-Mails and this dealer will not even return a hi. I really don't know why they even bother to advertise themself when there is no feedback to prices.

I also went through this.
Takes over a day to receive a reply. So I've learnt to wait more than a day before ordering from elsewhere because they have much better prices.
Also there was a change in their email address - Morristown BMW [[email protected]]. But this should not have been an excuse for not replying as my email didn't bounce back.

I suggest calling Mike DosSantos(wholesale parts manager) first to check whats going on. If you don't get any joy, then the parts manager Nick Abate - 973.451.009 Ext 113 and give him the feedback or go directly to the service and parts director - Steve Hodossy

Excellent price is no substitute for poor service.

Just ordered a front wheel for our X from them. Got the quote the next day. Seems to be a good transaction process so far.

Not sure what happened but they used to be wonderful. I ordered a set of exhaust tips from them that was an easy transaction at a great price.

Perhaps the powers that be that run this site can give them a call and get things back on track!

I've been extremely happy with Mile One Parts (AKA Tischer BMW). Better pricing than my local dealer. That, and they also have a part number search too.

It takes a little longer to get parts compared to your local dealer but the price is a lot better if you can wait the couple extra days
