Motor - I'm starting to agree with you. Now, for 2 reasons:

First, I've called Citi a few times for clarification, and I've gotten a different answer each time on the protocol, almost as if they're pointing the blame on Paypal / ebay. I think after hours the call gets transferred to a different country, and it is very difficult to keep explaining my story, as explaining the intricicies are wearing me out. I also get the feeling that nothign is being recorded on Citi's side.

Second, I normally ship everything to my work, but not UPS, as we have a UPS guy that constantly drops fragile computer equipment on the cement no matter how many times we ask him not to. This time I shipped to my home, and now I feel a bit uncomfortable - not sure why.

So, I asked pdiddy for a $400 refund to be fair. I'll let you knw when he responds.

I'd like to hear what other people think.
