Today, I received the style 168 wheels w/tires only to find out that they are replicas. The seller had 100% feedback, and was local to chicago, so it gave me some comfort. I thought it was odd that after I won the wheels, I decided to look at his feedback, only to see a purchase from another ebay seller, factoryreproductions....
So, I paid through paypal with my citi mastercard. When I received the wheels today, I immediately called citi, and they have reversed the charges, for now. They are mailing me some documentation to fill out, and to provide pictures and receipts of the transaction.
Anyone have advice on other steps to take in order to not get screwed?
