Smoked some Chrysler hemi today!!!!

I never really beat on my car, but today just had too!
I was going to work this morning, and this dumb guy in a Chrysler 300 hemi was being a real a-hole. From the moment he saw me turn, he was on my ass. Pushing me into a race. So the time came and we were side by side at a light. I didn't pay to much attention to him but he kept looking at me. So the first light he floors it! I didn't even think about it. Second light he does it again! This time he really thinks I'm even tryin. So the third light comes, and I said what the hack, I'll run him. So put my X in sport, I looked at him, and when the green light came, I floored it just right. I had a nice 1 1/2 car length on him then he came close, but once I hit 3rd I really had at least a full 1 to almost 2 car distence on him . After that I was about to turn into work, this guy came into my office parking lot and asked me to run again, saying something was wrong with is car and didn't shift right??? I said no thanks bud, I'm ok. I told him to just remember what happend and not to think he has something special. Thought I'd share this experience. I thought it was funny!!!

Well he should have been able to take down a 01 E53, even with a Dinan upgrade. Just more power (Tim Allen voice). With 340hp/390tq, that guy was being a real D-bag. Just lucky it didn't have a SRT8 badge on the back

Good job though, always nice when a road @ss gets put in place.

I know, if that badge was on there, I wouldn't even try. But the still the reg. hemi should have given me some run for the money. Or if not beat me. But either way, it was nice....

This is only slightly relevant, but can I just say that some of the WORST f-ing drivers on the east coast are those people driving the Toyota Prius. I do not know what kind of horrible life event these people have cumulatively experienced but these people drive like angry mf'ers. Seriously...

I know what you mean. I'd say the same for people in minivans. I swear they think they have some sort of race car. It's like they all ways want to push the issue. I want to put a sticker on my bumper that says quote " Mini Vans, don't even think about it" and quote. LOL!

I left a 4-dr Ram Hemi at a stop light one day. Bunch of kids with the windows down blaring the radio pulled up beside me and started revving the motor. I thought afterwards maybe he just lost traction, but I told the story to my mechanic and he said he had outrun his father-in-law's Hemi truck in a 3.0i also. I know the car is lighter than the truck, so that would probably outrun me.

My favorite encounter with a Hemi though was on the expressway driving my wife's SLK350 - had a 300C come up behind me and ride my arse. Dropped the pedal to the floor and walked away, let off the gas to let him catch back up and did it again just to show him HE didn't mess up.

The regular 300C does 0-60 in 6.3, so beating that with a I6 X5 would be very difficult considering the 4.4 version gets to 60mph in 6.7 seconds.

That guy going after a SLK350 was a tard, that MB would give the SRT8 a run.

I don't know, but I swear, bmw might put out some numbers of times, but for some reason those numbers just don't seem too acurate. Either way, I beat him big time. Will I do it again, maybe. I just don't want to get a hefty ticket.

That made me laugh. What a total loser - and it has nothing to do with what he drives.
