John makes them for all BMW's in blue/silver (mine) or black/silver carbon fiber. The Steering wheel is actually an emblem with an aluminum backing. It has a thin layer of 3m tape on the back and it just sticks right over the existing emblem on the airbag. SO no need to take off airbag and try to pry off the emblem!

Those look good. My roundel on my hood is just silver. I guess someone stole the old one and the prev owner just put a scratched out silver one on it. Can we order these?

Be careful about taping the roundel emblem to the steering wheel. I'm not sure how accurate this is, but I was told by the stealer that the steering wheel roundel is permananetly attached to the steering wheel airbag cover. The reason for this is that you don't want the roundel coming loose and hitting you in the case of an accident/air bag deployment. They last thing you want to have happen in the event of an accident is to have is a small metal object being fired firectly at your face....

Sorry but that's what the thread is about..... you could always pm to ask a question!!

anyway, the roundel stays intact with the airbag cover during deployment and it only weighs about a 10th of an ounce if it does come loose....

Thanks...
