Replacing wishbones

Well basically there are a few faults in my x5 (2002 model, UK spec 3.0d sport).
Monday im taking it to the dealers to fix that noise (fan belt like noise)....

But i was taking the car ( a few days ago) into the dealer for wheel alignment, but they said i need to replace all the items listed in the picture first.
(its in Czech koruns, so around £1000 for parts ONLY).

Now the reason to why i gave it for alignment was that i saw one of the rear wheels seemed slightly at a angle.

Is it safe for me NOT to do the repair? whats your take on it?

I'll get a 2nd opinion if I were you. Wishbone don't normally go bad. What year and miles on your car?
