Stupid question: Is it real CF or a CF look finish? (You mentioned that it's a "light weave carbon fiber design" finish.) Either way, it's awesome.

sorry for the late reply but I've been pretty busy over the past days....
Thanks for the nice words and I have to admit I do like the look much
better especially at it blends nicely with the Alcantara interior.
The only part I haven't yet decided on is which door handle inserts
I will use permanently ....

The coating itself is actually not real carbon fiber but a film. It looks
like real CF and the benefit of using the film is that one can have pretty
much any part coated without the problems in fitting. As you can see
I had a lot of parts coated which had pretty tight fitment (such as the ashtray).

I was lucky and managed to grab a full interior kit for 200USD off eBay and the coating for just the interior kit will be somewhere around 500USD
