Just about to buy an X5 4.8 2004 model.

I need advise on what to look out for?

The mileage is 67k miles and it has full service history and 1 owner.

biggest thing on the list is to check if the water pump has been replaced - the plastic vanes inside typically give out between 60-80K miles - best of luck on your quest for an X5 - you already found the best source for anything X5
