Carbon Fiber-Look Door Pillar Accents

Call me picky, but I am tired of wiping off fingerprints from the passenger side door pillars after a good wash and wax. I was looking into these thinking that if installed, at least the prints would not show up as much. Can anyone provide me some feedback that have these on your vehicle, and if they are worth it. Ease of installation??

thanks.

To me they are well worth it , very ease to install it just glues on your pillars. also make sure you get the OEM pillars the after market ones on ebay;
they tend to fade and look worn after 6 months . I had mine for over 3 years, its a good look

I was just planning to order them from my area BMW dealer, these are around $135. Who did you order from off of e-bay?

These are the ones to get from ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...2BSI%26otn%3D4

This is the 10 piece set that covers all door panels, not just the middle ones.

Can anybody vouch for the ones Michelle linked? I haven't seen these installed on any X5 yet.

You saw them in person on Justin's (jst2878) in New Brunswick.

Of course I saw them in person!! I guess they look pretty subtle, but certainly seem to look better than the stock matte finish.
