should i change the oil separator while i'm back there?, sounds like a good idea. I may give it a go for a final shot, after that sounds like the stealer for diagnostics

Well still no luck, still have the SES light on....all though it did go off and come back on after I tightened the gas cap (which does not make sense to me) So I went ahead and replaced it and still no change.....

I guess I will have to go ahead and replace the o2 sensor to see if that fixes anything.

is there a DIY for an o2 sensor replacement???

You do realize that by the time you are done throwing parts at it you could have paid for a proper diagnosis at the dealer or a competent indy? Nothing beats a proper diagnosis for only changing the parts you need!
