X5 needs new tires!

Hey guys, this is for my parents ride

they got a 3.0 X5, current tires are xeons somethings with 275/45/20, not oem rim.

anyways, i searched and some wheels that caught my attention were the michelin lattitudes and pirelli scorpian.

which all season tire would you recommend? that has good dry and wet, and also some snow. especially rain, since it rains alot here.

Remember, this is for my parents so something that is a little smoother and quieter. Should i keep the same setup of 275/45/20? or go narrower with a fatter sidewall?

thanks guys
