I ordered kits from both of these sites (for different applications) and although they had different names, the kits were exactly the same.

unless we installed them ourselves. As we have no control over the installation we cannot be expected to warranty a perfectly working bulb. Bulbs are meant to be installed and left alone until their service life has expired. Pulling them in and out only increases the chance for knicking the tip as the bulb is pushed through the housing". Blah, blah, blah. Worthless customer service.
