Heavy keys are bad for any ignition. It might not break today but it's most likely to cause you trouble later.

This is very true - in fact I cut my key in half just to make sure it wouldn't mess up my ignition!!!

No dolphin but a bunch of other crap including an Ullr pendant and a F1 car. and about 17 keys.
