When I did the research to change my exhaust sound I didn't see all the threads about x-pipes, but saw the sticky on the front page by DanDe with the small resonators. That's what I did, which sounds great from in the truck when you get on it. The x-pipe would have a smoother, more fluid sound from outside by equalizing the exhaust banks. My current setup is separate dual exhaust.
