To do this with a BMW CD changer you would need to upgrade your radio module and CD changer to new units - a very costly proposition.

Your better bet is to dump the CD changer and install an iPod interface instead. Your options are DICE Silverline or Intravee-II (my recommendation, since you have nav). Both of these will give you artist and song information displayed on your nav screen.
