How many miles does your V8 have (4.4i,4.6is and 4.8is) - Page 8

It has treated me great although I have not been too good to it.... It is still on the original transmission. Black mamba lol... a alternator job at the dealer is 2k for a 4.4 x5

'02 4.6iS - 118k (That includes couple trips from San Jose to Panama City and one trip to Managua - I put a lot of faith into the car. 1st trip to Panama City, I lost the rear camera but it came back a week after. Trips to Managua and 2nd one to Panama City - lost left rear tire on each trip, that is due to stupid nail in Nicaragua and a sharp edged pothole in Panama, that I hit at 80 MPH. Also some lond distance hauls in the States.)
