I couldn't open the headlights to put angel eyes !!!!!!

Hello

Today i tried to open my headlights to put angel eyes and i couldn't. The guy said that the headlights are glued with silicone . He used the gun with warm air (i don't know the name

but he didn't succed.
My car is from 2003. Please if you have some ideas tell me.
