Noise from Heater...

Hello Everyone...

I have 2001 3.0. It’s been great until few weeks ago…

I've been hearing couple of weird noises every time I turn on my heater (after vehicle is warmed up)

Noise is in low tones and only way you can hear it is when you are standing still.

1st noise... I hear fan humming noise. It sounds like someone is cutting a wood with chain saw in far distance.

2nd noise... I hear continues double thumping noise just like a heartbeat. To describe thumping noise, it a sound when you change fan setting from Dash Vent to Floor Vent. (That thumping & cracking noise when it changes the Vent)

I only hear these noises when I turn on the Heater. I hear the noise if I turn on the A/C as well...

Recently I changed A/C fan belts and problem was there even before I changed them.

Any one has same experience...?

Any suggestions or help will be appreciated....
