bmw service ever wash your car???

I just got a used cpo bmw x5 4.4 with 35000 miles about 7 months ago. As luck would have it the car has had tranny problems since day one. The car has been to the dealer for the tranny problems and service a total of 6 times in the 7 months(5x for tranny issues 1x for service). Not once has the dealer ever given me back my car with a wash, in fact every single time it comes back dirtier than it went in (bird poo, heavy layer of dust etc...). my dealer is life quality bmw in brooklyn ny, and so far i think there service stinks. just now when i called to see if it was ready to be delivered they said it was being washed as we spoke, I got so excited lol. when the car arrived it was filthy. once again worst than when it went in, guess they had the wrong car being washed. Is this just my bad luck,my sucky dealer or is this common with all bmw dealers?????
