Thanks for the suggestions guys..This is a tough one to decide on. I guess it depends on how much I can get the project done for. What has everyone been paying for facelifts?

I think it's a great MOD.. it's probably the MOTHER of all MODS for the prefacelift. My wife actually likes the pre-lift model better, when she saw my new one she said "oh.. i like the front of our old X.." - needless to say i was crushed since i was so happy in my new 4.8 LOL.

I'd say though, stay with the pre-lift. I love it.. love them both, but it's not worth the $. I'd say match your wheels with the X.. even a matte steel gray finish. Put some AEs on and you'll feel like a face lift.

Okay..well I dropped off the truck at the body shop for the facelift!!! Yep thats right, it's happening. If anyone needs any pre facelift parts just let me know. =)

Im just getting all new OEM parts from Tischer BMW including the 4.8is front bumper =D. Going with US spec xenons since I dont wanna deal with payments to Germany for those euro specs. Can anyone say, first Steel Grey facelifted X5?!?!? hahahhaaa

def interested in seeing it.. hey need the 4.8 fender flares? lol i can get them painted in steel grey for you... hmmm think about it!!! lol check the For Sale forum.. i just posted the running board OEM wheel arches and flares for front and rear for sale..
