I think Staggered means that the front and rear wheels are not the same width. Like the sport x5 wheels. The fronts are 19x9's and the rears are 19x10's.

yes thats it the rear wheels are wider in width than the fronts,as for the fog light i would check to see if u have any corosion in the plug,if it looks good you ma have a bad bulb, quick way to check is to switch bulb from the working fog light, bulbs should be available at our local auto parts store

thnx tee. i might do the light bulb check..i might also switch the fogs to the brightness of the headlights.does anyone know how bright it is?

and a quick update..my dad fixed the problems already, i drove the car back home from his shop. i think he either grabbed the wheels from the junk yard or something. the car felt different though..stepping on the pedal felt a bit hard and when i went for an exit at appropriate speed i saw the DSC light went on and when i went slightly for the brake i felt it lock up.

so thnx for replies, Rasta and TAmbalolong. btw tambalolong..wat style are the wheels you have on now.

Glad you came out of the akko with no harm.

Sounds like the junk yard wheels are not right for your X. Shouldn't have DSC warning light or lock up under normal driving conditions. Check that rim diameter and tyre size is correct / suitable. Are they BMW rims ??

For all OEM rim styles go to the Home Page and check out Body, Wheels & Styling then click on Item 17 'BMW Wheels'.

GL rim hunting.

actually my dad told me at dinner that his friend had a set of the same wheels that we have with new tires too which he got it for 500. he said that he didnt need them because he upgraded to some 20". so whoever lives in boston or so and just switched to 20" thank you lol.

mm..i always liked the 87s..might have to grab a set later on..i nvr see them pop up on ebay or anything anymore beside 214s..

thnx for the advice x foomph..ill check them out tmr . god it just randomly snowed when the weather turned nice and the roads were clear again.
